Jo Watson has more than 20 years of experience in finance, residential and commercial sales. Her experience working with HUD, the RTC and various banks and financial institutions gives her a tremendous advantage in the current market negotiating short sales and working with foreclosures. Jo’s expertise is placing the right people in the right deal and closing them. She enjoys working with the community keeping people informed of market changes and real estate opportunities. As an instructor she has a passion for motivating people and helping sales people find their niche. A native Arizonan Jo has a Masters Degree in Theology.

Chris Johnson
Vice President

Chris specializes in helping first time buyers realize their dream of home ownership. He is also a real estate instructor at Johnson and Watson School of Real Estate Professionals. He has a passion for mentoring new agents and helping them establish their business. An Arizona native Chris Johnson is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. Chris also enjoys working with children and coaches track and field at a local high school.

Ty Johnson
Director of Marketing and Customer Care

Ty Johnson is responsible for developing market shares and customer care.  Her compassion for people and her ability to get the job done makes her a tremendous asset to the team.  A native of Arizona, Ty is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology. She is a mother of two and has a passion for helping others achieve their life goals.
